Guess what??? It Doesn't Apply!
This week we are focusing on Healthy Nutrition and how it does NOT come with an all or nothing rule!
We like to put ourselves in a box of restraint when it comes to our nutrition. And frankly, we easily set ourselves up for failure because we tell ourselves that we have to do everything perfectly in our nutrition! And when we don't, we throw our hands up and convince ourselves we just aren't able to do it "Right!".
It's time to BREAK this cycle and adopt a New Truth!
